Instructions for Returns

FusionPoint Media, Inc dba "FPVision" is happy to accept returns of all items or supply a replacement on defective items within 30 days of the invoice date.

To return a product, please follow these simple steps:

Email Our Returns Department

Please email our Returns department at returns@fpvision.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will reply within 24 hours.

Your email should include:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • The Quantity of item you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Write Your RMA Number on Your Return
  • Once you have received your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package you are returning.
  • Ship the Product Back to Us
  • Receive a Refund
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. The credit will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.

Reminders

All return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

We must receive the return within 10 days after you receive your RMA number. The RMA number will expire on the 11th day after it was issued, at which time any returned product/s will be refused.
